Davis Vision

Our Hickory and Salisbury offices are no longer participating providers for Davis Vision.

We would certainly like to continue providing for your eye care needs. Please review the following options for your continued care:

Many patients with a medical diagnosis (examples include diabetes, cataracts, and other medical eye conditions) may be able to use their major medical insurance to cover eye health examinations. Please call our office if you have questions.
We have instituted an aggressive discount plan for our patients who still choose us for their wellness eye care needs.
Some Davis Vision plans may also allow you to file for reimbursement from a non-participating provider. Please check your plan for details.
We have also put new policies in place for transfer of records if needed, and information is available on our website.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We have truly enjoyed being providers for our patients on Davis Vision. However, Davis Vision reimbursement will simply not allow us to maintain our high quality of care and our continued dedication to providing the most accurate and technologically advanced eye care.

For patients without other insurance coverage who have Davis Vision, yet choose us as non-network providers, please contact your office to find out what discounts are available.
