We no longer accept Cole Managed Vision, SVS Vision, Vision Benefits of America, Vision Care Plan but please call our office to find out if you qualify for other coverage through your medical insurance carrier.
Beginning 08/13/2007 in Hickory and 9/30/2007 in Salisbury will no longer be accepting Davis Vision- please call our office to see if you qualify for other coverage through your medical insurance or to learn about out-of-network benefits.
